Cancellation/Transfer Policy

We appreciate that occasions arise which necessitate clients to cancel or change their course booking due to unforeseen circumstances and we therefore try to be flexible in our approach to each individual case. Substitutions: Clients wishing to substitute a registered delegate may do so up to the commencement of the course without penalty.

 

Transfers: Clients who wish to change the date of their course must notify us at least 5 working days in advance in order that we can offer their place to any delegates waiting for a space. We are happy to transfer any bookings to alternative course dates (subject to availability).

 

Cancellations: Cancellations received at least 15 working days in advance of the course date will not incur any charge and a full refund of any monies paid will be made.

 

Cancellations received between 15 and 5 working days prior to the course date will incur a cancellation charge being 50% of the training fee. As a courtesy this may be used against any future training booked.

 

Cancellations received with less than 5 working days’ notice and no shows will be liable for 100% of the training fee. This can be used against any future bookings but a £35+VAT admin charge will be incurred against the new booking.

 

Cancellation of course by Drawing and Talking Ltd

 

Whilst every effort is made to avoid any changes to scheduled course, Drawing and talking Ltd reserves the right to change or cancel a course at any time for reasons including (but not limited to), minimum course participants not being reached, venue or trainer availability, weather, natural disaster.

Notification will be given to delegates as soon as a decision is made to cancel a course, we aim to give at least 5 working days’ notice where possible.

Delegates will be offered places on alternative courses or given a full refund for any payment made.

Drawing and Talking Ltd is not liable for any direct or indirect expenses that may be incurred due to a cancellation of a course, including (but not limited to) cancellation penalties for transportation or accommodation.

 

Drawing and Talking Annual Membership

 

Your first year’s membership is included with your Foundation training course, the start date will be the date of your course and renewal is due 12 months after.

 

Your membership is personal to you and cannot be shared or transferred to anyone else. Unless otherwise agreed, your renewal rate will be £99+VAT for each 12 month period.

 

Your membership will automatically renew each membership year unless terminated by yourself or your school/organisation (where applicable) in writing with at least 30 days notice. Until such time as this occurs, you will be committed to pay us for each membership year.  We will remind you by email at least 6 weeks before your renewal date and issue an invoice which should be paid before your renewal date.

 

Your booking and attendance on our training constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
